Svitlana (Lana)

Lana discovered yoga in 2015, expecting another workout but instead finding a practice that transformed her body, mind and perspective. Initially focused on fitness, she struggled with yoga’s mindfulness-over-aesthetics approach but soon embraced its philosophy of balance and self-acceptance. This shift led her to complete her Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, and in 2024, fulfilled her from of opening Spirit Stretch, Singapore’s first immersive yoga studio.

Specialising in Yoga Sculpt, Vinyasa, Hatha, Wheel Yoga, Yogalates, Mat Pilates and Yoga Stretch, Lana creates classes that are inclusive, empowering and free of judgement, ensuring every student finds their own flow. She is constantly deepening her practice, attending classes and retreats even when travelling and staying in touch with the latest trends and techniques in yoga to bring fresh insights to her students.

At Spirit Stretch, she replaces mirrors with breathtaking visual projections—from fields of tulips that remind her of home to aurora borealis, a sight she dreams of seeing in person.

Elias

Elias’ yoga journey began as a way to find balance and relieve stress from the demands of corporate life. What started as a personal practice soon became a passion, leading her to complete her E-RYT200 certification in 2020 and transitioned into full-time teaching.

Specialising in Yin with Sound Bath, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Wheel Yoga, Twist & Detox and Hatha Yoga, Elias creates classes that are inclusive, supportive and deeply restorative. Certified in sound healing, she blends movement and vibration to help students cultivate strength, flexibility and inner peace.

Passionate about deepening her knowledge, Elias frequently attends advanced training and immersive retreats led by renowned yoga teachers, incorporating fresh techniques into her classes to enhance her students’ practice.

Believing that yoga is for everyone, Elias ensures that her students feel safe, empowered and at ease, offering modifications to suit all levels.

Eunice

Eunice began her yoga journey in 2014, discovering its transformative power to strengthen her physically, emotionally and mentally. Inspired to share this life-changing practice, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and found her true calling in teaching. Ever passionate about growth, Eunice continues deepen her practice and share her knowledge with fellow yoga enthusiasts focusing on helping them to cultivate self-awareness, strength and balance both on and off the mat.

Specialising in Hatha, Yin and Sound Bath, Wheel Yoga, Yoga Stretch to Relieve Stiffness, Kid Parent Yoga, Eunice brings warmth and creativity to her classes. Often joined by her daughter or her little assistant, Emma, she transforms Kid Parent Yoga into an engaging experience filled with storytelling, mindfulness, fun games, and imaginative partner poses – ensuring joy for both parent and child.

Ahmad

Ahmad Husaini is a fitness professional with a unique blend of expertise in both strength training and yoga. Specialising in fat loss and body transformation, he holds certifications in hypertrophy, strength training, and nutrition, alongside a 200-hour yoga teacher certification. By integrating yoga into his personal training approach, Ahmad helps clients not only build strength and lose fat but also improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

He specialises in Yoga Stretch to Relieve Stiffness, Twist & Detox, and  Hatha Yoga – complementing his 13 years as a personal trainer and 18 years of weight training experience. His holistic approach ensures each programme is tailored to meet his clients’ physical goals while supporting recovery, balance, and longevity.

Ahmad has competed in 8 bodybuilding contests around the world, showcasing his discipline and passion for fitness. Balancing business commitments and family life, his contributions to the fitness and wellness community in Singapore and across Southeast Asia remain significant.

Renowned for his unwavering dedication, Ahmad is highly regarded by clients for his personalised programmes that combine targeted nutrition, effective training, and restorative yoga practices to transform health from the inside out.

Dion

Dion’s journey as an instructor began during a transformative period in her life, where she turned to Pilates to overcome physical and emotional challenges. Through consistent practice, she regained strength, flexibility and balance, reigniting her passion for movement and well-being.

Certified in Wheel Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre. Dion crafts dynamic and inclusive classes for all levels—whether you’re building strength, improving flexibility, or finding emotional balance. Guided by her favorite quote, “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great,” she fosters a welcoming, supportive space for every student.

With a deep understanding of movement’s transformative power, Dion’s empathetic and encouraging approach helps students overcome challenges and embrace their unique wellness journey.
