Yes, if your Class Pack has expired you can roll over any unused classes onto a new Class Pack. Just remember, the new Class Pack must be purchased after the previous one has expired to qualify for the rollover. Otherwise, the rollover option won’t be available.
If you're on a Class Pack, you are granted a one-time free transfer to a friend or family. All you have to do is to provide both your details to sales@spiritstretch.com.
For Class Pack holders or unlimited monthly members, kindly cancel any booked classes 6 hours in advance. As the number of mats available per session are limited, we appreciate your understanding and courtesy in notifying us ahead of time if you are unable to attend, allowing others the opportunity to join.

Yes, you can reschedule your class. Please remember to cancel the class you can’t attend at least 6 hours in advance to avoid losing your credit and as a courtesy to others, since we have limited mats per session. Once you have cancelled the class you cannot attend, you may book your rescheduled class.
You are strongly encouraged to book a mat to avoid disappointment. You can do so up to 14 days in advance in the Classes section within the Spirit Stretch app, or on our website.
